Where to find your order status
If you placed the order while signed in, log in and open Account → Order History to see the live status of every order. Guest orders can be tracked using the order number and the email address used at checkout.
Order milestones
Every order moves through a clear set of milestones — Pending, Processing, Shipped and Delivered. Each step is updated in your order's timeline, and once an order is shipped you will receive your tracking number by email.

If an order status has not updated in several days, our support team can investigate. Contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier.
