How do I pay for my order?
We accept bKash, Nagad, card payments and Cash on Delivery. The available payment options are shown at checkout, and every order includes a secure checkout flow that calculates the final total before you confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, express delivery is next-day within Dhaka, and other districts generally arrive within 4–7 business days. Exact fees and timing are shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been delivered. If the order was paid online, a refund is processed back to your original payment method. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Are products covered by a warranty?
