How returns, refunds and cancellations work at S.I. Tech Hub.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled before it is delivered. If you paid online, the refund is returned to your original payment method within a few business days. Cancelled orders do not disturb inventory — stock is only released back to the store exactly once.
Returns
Most eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Contact support with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and generally appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider. Refund status is visible in your order history.
